Usage
  1. toimhdeofar ... = it shall be presumed that ...
  2. ionadaí pearsanta athair toimhdean = personal representative of the putative father
  3. bheith faoi réir na toimhdean i mír 2 = to be subject to the presumption in paragraph 2
  4. in ionchúiseamh i leith cion, toimhdeofar go dtí go suífear a mhalairt = in a prosecution for an offence, it shall be presumed until the contrary is shown
  5. toimhdeofar mar ar iomchuí go ndearna an duine na sócmhainní sin a dhíol = it shall be assumed wherever relevant that any assets were sold
  6. féadfaidh cosantóir an toimhde a rinneadh de réir fho-alt (1) a fhrisnéis trína shuíomh = a defendant may rebut the presumption raised by subsection (1) by showing
