Usage
  1. ranníoc a íoc as an bPríomh-Chiste nó a thoradh fáis, nótaí neamhúsmhara a bhunú agus a eisiúint = to pay a contribution out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof, to create and issue non-interest bearing notes
  2. nótaí gealltanais neamhúsmhara a bhunú agus déanfar aon íocaíochtaí a íoc as an bPríomh-Chiste nó a thoradh fáis = to create non-interest-bearing promissory notes and any payments shall be made out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof
  3. beidh sin doshannta, neamhúsmhar agus iníoctha de réir a n-aghaidh-luach ar éileamh trína gcreidiúnú do chuntas an Chiste = they shall be non-negotiable, non-interest bearing and payable at their face value on demand by crediting the account of the Fund
  4. taiscfidh sé leis nótaí gealltanais neamhinchúlghairthe, do-thráchta, neamhúsmhara agus déanfar na nótaí sin a shóinseáil de réir an ráta comhshó = it shall deposit therein irrevocable, non-negotiable, non-interest-bearing promissory notes and such notes shall be encashed at the rate of conversion
