Usage
  1. an tráth a chéadmheasfar amhlaidh é = when he commences to be so regarded
  2. ní mheasfar nach rátíocóir duine de bhíthin amháin gur tugadh lamháltas dó = a person shall not be regarded as not being a ratepayer by reason only of the making to him of an allowance
  3. ní mheasfar na himscrúduithe a bheith ina mbarántú ar bhailíocht aon phaitinne = the investigations shall not be deemed to warrant the validity of any patent
  4. ní mheasfar é a bheith ina sheilbh ná ar a ordú ná faoi réir a dhiúscartha ag an morgáisteoir = it shall not be deemed to be in the possession, order or disposition of the mortgagor
