Usage
  1. cuirfidh an t-oifigeach ar aghaidh chuig an mbreitheamh an fhoirm fhorordaithe = the officer shall transmit to the judge the prescribed form
  2. ach gan sin a bheith ag cur teorann leis an mbreitheamh agus é ag déanamh a rogha = but not so as to limit the judge in the exercise of his discretion
  3. ar an mBreitheamh á chur in iúl dó go bhfuil de cheart aige go dtrialfadh giúiré é = on being informed by the Justice of his right to be tried by jury
