  1. a chuireann teorainn le foirmeacha ceadaithe diUscairt faoi thagairt d'aois = which limits the permitted forms of testamentary dispositions by reference to age
  2. déanfar tagairt d'fhorghníomhú dámhachtana a fhorléiriú mar thagairt a fholaíonn tagairt don seasamh ar dhámhachtain den sórt sin = any reference to the enforcement of an award shall be construed as including a reference to the reliance on such an award
  3. i gcás ar deimhin leis an Aire gur dearmad nó neamart ba chúis leis an neamhthagairt, leis an míthuairisc nó leis an dearmad eile = where the Minister is satisfied that the omission, misdescription or other mistake was due to a mistake or oversight
