Usage
  1. an Sannaí Oifigiúil i bhFéimheacht = the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy
  2. an gaol idir an sannaí agus an féichiúnaí = the relationship between the assignee and the debtor
  3. srianta a fhorchur ar fheidhmiú cearta sannaí nó úsáidire cearta maoin tionscail = impose restrictions on the exercise of the rights of the assignee or user of industrial property rights
  4. comhoibleagáidí sannóra agus sannaí faoi shannadh saorálach cirt in aghaidh duine eile (an féichiúnaí) = the mutual obligations of assignor and assignee under a voluntary assignment of a right against another person (the debtor)
